ssh/key.scm (string->public-key): New procedure
* ssh/key.scm (string->public-key): New procedure.
* ssh/key-func.c (guile_ssh_string_to_public_key): New procedure.
* ssh/key-func.h: Likewise.
* doc/api-keys.texi (Keys): Add description of
`string->public-key'.
